Responsibilities: |

1. collect
company and/or industry info for specific financing project;
2. prepare Executive Summary and Business Plan;
3. analyze financials and prepare valuation model;
4. arrange and coordinate business meetings;
5. coordinate each parties in due diligence activities;
6. assist senior team members in deal negotiation and execution.

1.负责融资项目的公司调研和行业调研；
2.负责撰写融资项目投资摘要和商业计划书；
3.负责项目财务分析，并编撰项目估值模型；
4.负责组织、协调会议安排；
5.在尽职调查过程中协调各方，确保尽职调查工作顺利、高效进行；
6.协助团队成员进行项目谈判及执行。 |

Requirements: |
| |
1. min.
2 years experiences in investment banking, accounting or auditing,
corporate law or investment related practices;
2. bachelor or above degree in Finance or Business;
3. strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated
and team oriented skills;
4. excellent Chinese and English proficiency;
5.proficient with Excel and Power Point software. |

2.金融、财务类专业本科以上学历；
3.较强的人际关系和表达能力，具有优秀的团队精神；
